IUI#3 failed

Another IUI failed I’m emotionally drained and exhausted, it’s making me miserable. I had bloodwork done on Friday and numbers were low/negative. Im just waiting for Aunt Flo to show up!!!😒

To make matters worse I just found out my brother in law and wife are pregnant with TWINS!!!! Im happy for them but all I could do was crawl in my bed and cry!!!😔

Im really exhausted. Although I have fertility coverage I just don’t know if I should go straight to IVF. Or take a break My issue is Male infertility! And I just can’t believe I haven’t been able to get pregnant so far. Im so upset. 💔❤️‍🩹
