Night time leg cramps

About a week ago I started getting leg cramps in bed. At first I got them around 6 am and it was just once. Now the last 2 nights I am getting them 4x or more a night and I am absolutely miserable.

I know they are normal to get and I see my doctor on Monday, but anyone have suggestions on how to ease them to try and have an easier time tonight? I'm still working so I am active and I drink about 128 ounces of water a day.
