My sister (21F) is getting a BBL because she can’t have kids

I’m very worried about my younger sister in terms of her mental health and well-being. My younger sister is very ambitious and she’s managed to be successful in her educational career and live on her own successfully. But she’s never really had a real “boyfriend” or even brought a boy around our mother. She’s Always had flings that don’t last long, or her feelings are flighty so she doesn’t keep a spark long with some people. Throughout the years, she’s had about 20 short term relationships, 2 abortions and no boyfriend. After getting diagnosed with Adult ADHD recently, she had a talk with me that she believes she’ll never be able to have kids or get married due to her ADHD & inability to keep a stable relationship. She expressed that she would never want to be a single mother or babymother so unless she’s married she would never have kids. I didn’t know what to say back really but she started bawling her eyes out after. A week later, she texts me that she’s going to get breast augmentation and a Brazilian butt lift because she’s never going to have kids & she’s “dedicated her life to doing things that’s going to “advance her/make her happy”

I’m honestly so stressed out because those surgeries are already incredibly dangerous, and I’m also sad because since my sister came to this self realization — her entire energy has changed and gotten so low. She tries to act happy but you can tell somethings wrong. I’m so devastated because I love my sister so much and I feel this news has completely changed her. I don’t know what to do to help her...
