Can someone ease my nerves regarding pregnancy and herpes

I was diagnosed almost 8 years ago and have had 3 outbreaks. I am now 28 weeks pregnant and terrified of having a vaginal delivery and hurting my baby with infection. I know the risks are low especially if I am on antivirals for a few weeks before birth but it’s still giving me major anxiety. I read that babies get antibodies to protect them if the mom got infected prior to getting pregnant - is this true? Hit me with all the facts and statistics please 😔
