When to worry about fetal movement

Question

So a couple days ago I went into the l&d because no matter what I did I felt like I couldnt get her to move for 10 movements. However, she was moving but not super strong. They hooked me up to the monitor and both days she looked perfect. I've felt her today and all. On and off. But I was wondering when do you have to worry. I'm 31 weeks and 2 days. I'm just constantly worried something's wrong.

My first pregnancy I went a couple times beginning in the third trimester. Maybe it was anxiety but it made me feel better. My doctor doesn’t even want me kick counting with my second but said to just notice off days like days her pattern is off. When in doubt she said to drink something cold and sweet and kick count. It’s hard to explain when I felt it was necessary to go but idk better safe then sorry!

After 28 weeks you should feel a pattern
Kick counting isn’t recommended anymore, as long as little one is moving as much and as often as it normally does it’s fine
My guy goes some days where I hardly feel him at all but that’s just his normal pattern
