mother in law help

so my MIL has never cared for me and has always felt to me like she does things to get at me or undermined my wish. just very disrespectful in all ways. my husband and i have a 4.5 month old daughter. and to give example of how crazy she is -we were very stern with not wanting visitors immediately following her birth so my MIL threatened my husband with a lawyer and that she would go to court due to her “grand parent rights”. we caved and allowed her to visit. we also ask that no one post our daughter on social media without our okay and tagging us in photos. she has never and i repeat NEVER followed that rule.

so how do i handle this? i’m at a loss. i don’t want to cause issues between my husband and his mom. i don’t want to fight with my husband either. he doesn’t feel as strongly about it as i do so his grand plan is to just blow it off. but to me, it’s just more disrespect from her.
