I had my menstruation twice in one month and also had it in the next month why is that happening

Not necessary hormonal imbalance. If it just happens once it’s just likely how it went. I had that too but for me I was off birth control a few months prior to that but I did experience this a few times before and I am 100% fine. You can get it checked out if you want a piece of mind from your doctor.

I had that going on before I had my daughter and it was due to low progesterone, I started spotting right after I ovulated until my period. The best thing to do is track your cycle to see when the bleeding is happening and go from there
