1 day late, no period symptoms

My period is one day late and I have hardly had any pms this month. Usually my breasts kill and I have cramps a few days before. The only symptom

Ive had is that I’ve been overemotional (which I usually am before AF). My breasts are just a little tender today but no period. Took a test and it was negative. Have any of you had cycles where you just had no pms??

Btw I don’t want to be pregnant and I use protection so no baby dust please 😂
