Help!!!

I have an iud but we have not been using any other type of prevention, he also did not pull out any of the times we are trying for a baby I just am waiting for the approval appointment to get my iud out and with covid it takes longer :( Anyways tonight I noticed light pink spotting just enough form when I while but not enough in my underwear or anything this is my first cycle trying anyone know if that’s normal with the iud? I’ve also been overly hungry and nauseous but other then that I havnt noticed anything Eles out of the normal this is my first month with the iud I didn’t plan on even trying tell I found out some personal stuff and we now want to try I just wanna know is spotting normal 10-15dpo is it how my period is going to be ? Before the iud my period was vary heavy, also have not stoped cramping sense they put the iud in any tips on how to help The horrible cramps and if this is normal or pregnancy?
