Melatonin
Need a little advice, has anyone given their toddler melatonin while sick for a nap? Little guy has a chest cold and is refusing to sleep and nap. I was thinking about trying to give him a little bit of children’s melatonin just to get through the day and nighttime cough syrup tonight. I literally had to hold him upright the entire night while juggling feeding a newborn. He didn’t want dad. Just exhausted lol
