Should I stop sending my daughter to day camp?

My daughter is 11 and is best friends with a boy who is 13. Me and his mom became friends after they did. So he has autism. At the day camp he had asked the camp staff if he could go to the bathroom and they said no. His mom already told them that he had a hard time holding it and it's in his file, so he had an accident. He got made fun of and my daughter being the person she is defended him and everyone, including her friends turned on her! Her friends mom threaten them with a law suit for ignoring his needs connected to his disability and they gave her a full refund. We obviously wouldn't qualify for a refund and my husband said we should keep her going because it was $400. She's been getting bullied really bad by the other kids there to the point shes coming home in tears. All because she stood up for her friend. Her friend also seems to be forgetting she's at day camp because he comes to ask her to come outside and play ever day. I want to just take her out buy my husband keeps saying if we do that we wasted $400.
