Vaginal help

This is so embarrassing but I have a weird sore at the bottom of my vagina. It isn’t herpes it’s just one sore. There was also some itching down there I just got off my period last week so I thought that maybe I had a yeast infection. I went to the store and got monistat and now the itching is gone. Do yeast infections come with sores sometimes? Idk I don’t have insurance so I can’t really go to the doctor. I just need to know if someone else has been through this and if someone can provide me with info or help. I haven’t had sex since March if that helps, and no it wasn’t protected. Google said that it might be syphillus but it doesnt look like it.
