Creepy guy at my job

I work as a server at a restaurant. Theres this gay guy that comes in twice a week. I have no issue with gay people but he hits on all the ones who are 16-18. He only will tips if he gets a waiter that young and will get upset and be disrespectful if he gets a girl server. The manager tells the host to give him to a girl to keep the younger boys from getting uncomfortable but he disrespects us. Snaps his fingers at us. Gives us attitude. And doesn't tip. I understand that I guess its fair because if the girls uncomfortable they give the guy to a male server, but he is so disrespectful to us girls and treats as as less than!
