Subchorionic Hemorrhage...

I took my 16yr old, 10m old, and a 3yr old I baby sit to a cave near us. A field trip of sorts. The walk through the cave should have taken a little less than 2 hours. I was told by the dr from the beginning of this pregnancy (11 weeks) that I had a hemorrhage and to go to the hospital or Dr if I started bleeding.

Down in this cave, I felt the "my period started" feeling. I was like ok, we got this. The tour was almost over. Or so I thought. I had to sit down, my shorts covered front to back. There were 410 steps in this cave! I let my son stay, I took the other kids and walked back to the top. Real fun! I could barely walk standing up straight by the time I got out.

Drove everyone home, dropped of the borrowed one, headed to the hospital.

They told me that it was large now. On the screen, it took up the whole screen damn near. The bleeding hasn't slowed down much either since yesterday.

I'm stressing out. Idk what to do really and am waiting on the dr to call me.

Does anyone have helpful stories or advice on how to deal with the pain a little better? I can barely function and they sent me home like this, without so much as a suggestion.
