Ectopic pregnancy?

I’m just wondering if anyone had shoulder pain with their ectopic pregnancies? I am 7 weeks and started having this left shoulder pain. It’s up towards my neck but throbbing. I know it can sometimes be a sign of ectopic. I also have a lot of anxiety though so I tend to work myself up into a panic. I feel fine otherwise no cramping or bleeding. I work with my arms sewing tarps all day so it could be that but it’s new and everything new this pregnancy is really testing my anxiety. Did anyone have anything similar happen or any advice?
