Breast Reduction Recovery
Hi, I recently had a breast reduction surgery on Tuesday and I’m currently recovering from it, for the most part I’ve been sleeping on my back for the past 3 nights and every time I wake up I’m super uncomfortable and in pain. Does anyone know if I can start sleeping on my side now or should I wait? Also, are there any tips for recovery?
