His lowered sex drive

My (22F) bf (27m) of 5 years barely wants to have sex.

Once a week is good enough for him. The thing is he lasts about 30 seconds, and it takes me at least 6 minutes to cum, when we have sex often, even when he doesn’t last long, I’m satisfied. Now I’m just sexually frustrated. We have ha ether talk half a dozen times in the past year. He says he will make an effort to have sex with me but still doesn’t. I am insecure of my body, so I cannot initiate sex, he turn me down 60% of the time. He is perfectly healthy and is not dealing with anxiety or depression or anything like that

What I’d like to know is how normal this is, and what I can do to lower my libido?!
