Has any had success with IUI with one blocked tube?

I’m thinking about trying iui after IVF, as I only have one embryo left in the freezer. I was thinking to bank it as a beckon of hope. I can’t afford another round of IVF right now, but I could manage a few iui’s. I’ve never tried iui, as I wanted to increase my chances, but my egg count almost doesn’t make sense to continue IVF, if I’ve only ever got 1-2 blastocysts in each of the two rounds I did, and so far all failed to implant. Maybe, I just need a boost instead of a high jacking and my body can do better than the lab. I’m curious to try but I my SIS showed a possible blockage at the entrance of the right tube. Have you or have you known anyone that has had a successful iui with said problem?
