Pregnancy?

So I’m confused. Last month I had unprotected Sex on two of my fertile days (about 2-4 days before ovulation idk). So I’ve been anxious to see if I possibly would be pregnant and my period was about five days late. It came two days ago and then the second day it was just spotting, now it’s completely gone. Could this be implantation bleeding? I just want some hope Haha before being disappointed by a pregnancy test. Thanks !
