I (f21) used a lot of lube. What did I do wrong?

Is it normal for my butthole to be a little sore two days after anal?

Backstory: I actually had surgery on March this year to remove a skin tag on my anus that was caused by not using proper lube when I did anal two years ago with my ex.

My doctor approved me last month to do anal and stuff. Use plenty of lube she said. And my bf and I did that. We had anal sex Saturday afternoon. He fingered me for a while and made sure I was fine and comfortable. It wasn’t painful at all, it felt really good! I was so scared of the aftermath though because the last time I did it with my ex, there was like a tissue from my anus that was literally out and hanging outside my body and that dried out to be the skin tag I had to surgically removed.

I went to take a shower with him and I felt nothing coming out. But later that night I felt like a lump out, however it’s not always there. When I checked it last night, it wasnt there anymore. But then I checked this morning and it’s here but goes away randomly.

I’m still a little sore from having anal though. Can’t poop without being sore ..
