10 Month Old Suddenly Refusing BOTH Naps

Hey all!

My beautiful little miracle girl will be 10 months tomorrow (I honestly can’t believe it). About 5 days ago she suddenly began protesting BOTH her morning AND afternoon nap. Every single time she is about to drift off and fall asleep..she suddenly wakes and becomes hysterical as if she is afraid to nap…like she starts to panic. It literally came out of nowhere. Up until now she’s been a pretty solid napper. We have a very solid routine. This is literally out of the blue! At night she falls asleep in her crib after a little fussing as usual and sleeps soundly till morning (most nights).

Any idea as to WHAT is going on? Anyone else experiencing this? Thanks for your help! 🤍😊
