Broken clit lol

So in the past and semi recently I have used body vibrators for masterbation, they were pretty strong and idk if that has damaged my clit. Also I use a shower head, its pretty powerful but I tried do it with my fingers and really didn't feel much, also masterbation in general takes longer and doesn't feel as good as it Used to. What can I do to fix my clit is it broken

I don't want to talk to a doctor also my doctor is a family friend so i dont want to talk to him. Lol

Edit: I masterbate pretty regularly, ever few days (but at least once a week). Also I dont think I've ever had an orgasm
