Miscarriage number 10

I’ve just found out that I’m having miscarriage number ten. This was the first time I’d heard a heartbeat and allowed myself to get my hopes up that this was the one. It’s therefore hit me painfully hard when I heard the news there is no longer a heart beat 😞 how do I keep going? I had testing after miscarriage number 4 and they found nothing wrong. I’ve taken progesterone suppositories since then and nothing. I get pregnant quite easily but just can’t hold on to them. Is it now time to say it’s just not meant to be???💔
