Pain after D&C 3 weeks ago

Hi Ladies,

I had a D&C done almost three weeks ago at 13 weeks.

Compared to past MCs the pain wasn’t that bad and I only spotted for two days after.

Well, for the past two days I’ve been having ovulation type one sided pain. I figured I was probably just ovulating again and ignored it. During my workout today the pain got worse and I noticed a little brown blood in my underwear. It feels nothing like period cramps, so I’m really confused!

Do you think this is my period showing up early? Or do you think something else is going on and I should call my dr???
