~Postpartum sex~ HELP!!!‼️⚠️

I am 7 months postpartum. And I still cannot manage to have sex. It’s becoming a problem. It’s taking a toll on my relationship. My partner is very supportive and not pushy at all but we couldn’t have sex like 2 months before I had the baby and now 7 months after. That’s 9 months🙄. My sex drive is very low. I’m still sore down there. I was cut with scissors and it’s traumatized me a little. I get a panic attack every time we try. I’m also very Small. I was like 115 before my baby but I weigh 88 lbs now. And I’m 5’2. I’ve always been petite but never this small. I need advice. Tips. Idk something because I feel stuck. I feel like I’ll never be able to have sex again. And I hate the way a night gets ruined when we try and I can’t and it leaves me feeling like shit and him blue balls.
