Thoughts on waxing before delivery?

Hi guys! I’ve been debating getting waxed before I start my weekly cervical checks and then again before my scheduled Csection. I have been waxed before but not while I was pregnant so I’m on the fence. I know drs don’t care but when I had my daughter I really had wished I had waxed or something. Anyone thinking the same thing?

I’m debating it too, not so much for the doctors sake but I find a feel cleaner on my period when my pubes aren’t overgrown so I’m sure I’d appreciate having as little as possible for the post partum time. I’ve heard it’s more painful though so I’m hesitant

I have only ever heard that waxing while pregnant was a death sentence, (not literally). But that’s how painful it is. With all the extra blood flow down there it makes it crazy sensitive. I just bought an electric razor and my husband trims me up and it’s painless!

I’ve never had a wax before but a friend of mine works at a Spa and volunteered to do my first for free. I’m thinking about doing it to see if I like it and if I do I’ll do it again before birth. 😌
