So I am 39 and my period is 9 days late! I am freaking out that I might be pregnant what are some other reasons why my period is late? Hoping it's early menopause

So this is a common thing right now. I was a week late, two months ago when I'm usually very consistent. And when I did get it, it wasn't my normal flow. Look up vaccine menstrual cycle changes, whether you've gotten it or not, just being around people who have gotten it can still cause problems. To my knowledge, they don't know why yet. But SO many women have been experiencing change in periods

There can be lots of other reasons, but you are well within the time that you could take the pregnancy test and know for sure. They sell perfectly fine ones at the dollar store. Stop stressing and find out.

I am 9 days late as well and have had the moderna Covid shot and got fully vaccinated in May. I am also 39 and have taken 2 pregnancy tests and both negative. I had what I think is a hot flash today and could be premenopausal?? Hope things turn out the way you hope
