4 month vaccines messing up sleep

Instead of going through the 4 month regression, my daughter went through it early at 3 months. We were just coming out of it and her sleep was getting better, but then we had to get her 4 month vaccines. Night one & two she hasn’t slept in her bed for more than 30-45 mins on her own. It takes her forever to fall asleep because she’s tossing and turning so much. So I’ve had to feed or rock her, but she wakes and tosses around the second I put her down. Hoping it will just fade off since it has me thinking maybe her legs are just still pretty sore. Anyone else have deal with something similar? I’m worried I’m going to mess up the sleep progress we made over the last couple weeks because I’ve been having to feed her and rock her to sleep on me.
