Headaches early sign?

This is our first month TTC after being diagnosed with PCOS, and I do get headaches frequently but nothing like what I have 8 DPO. It’s a weird sharp and pulsing headache that comes and goes. I also had some pelvic cramping yesterday, so I’m wondering if I’m just looking for signs that aren’t there or if it’s possible that these are early signs, especially with this headache I’ve never had before.
