Toddler speech delay

My lo is 18 months old. She says about 6 words only. But understand quite good. She follows all sorts of commands and does gestures. She will mostly do whatever i ask her to. She is a pretty active girl. Do u all think it is normal not to say more words? Is my daughter on right track or something to worry about. Please pour some suggestions n your experiences with your kids.
