Spotting for the 3rd time

I had brown spotting at 6 weeks 9 weeks and today at 11 weeks. It usually last about 2 days and very fill a pad I usually just a smear on the pad but more when I wipe. Im having to go to the dr on Monday to do another scan because they were suspecting a twin but my 8 week scan wasn't clear enough it could have also been a vanishing twin or fluid filled sac. I'm thinking with all this spotting it's the vanishing twin thing and my body just not absorbing it like they said. Ugh Monday needs to hurry up and get here.
