I got pimples and vitiligo on my cheek,what can I do to clear them.Or can anyone recommend something for me to clear them please

I agree the skin condition isn’t terrible. But the acne you can control, usually acne comes from what we put on our skin such as make up, lotions, creams, the brushes, they may need to be cleaned, or what comes in contact with our skin pillowcases, detergent, if it’s sweaty where you live, your hands on your face, could come from soaps, or it comes from what you put in your body. If you’re eating processed foods, drinking soda, dark coloring and sodas can be hidden which is called caramel coloring. Soy, gluten, usually cutting that out can control a lot of skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis, as well as your stress levels. Eating clean, foods that walk on the earth and grow on the earth, cutting out the process stuff in the junk food and the greasy stuff, definitely better for you and your skin, sometimes it’s products that we use or medication‘s, some antibiotics for birth control, the side effect of acne, those hair skin and nail products, sounds great, but the side effects of the biotin gives you acne. I hope things get better.￼￼

I'm no expert but I don't think vitiligo is curable. It may go way over time buuut the skin cell colour dies,it doesn't return.
