Help I'm panicking! Trigger warning*

So my second is 2 months (11 weeks and 1 day) and I just found out I'm pregnant again

I've had 2 c-sections

I don't believe in abortion but I might have to do it for my health my doctor told me to refrain from getting pregnant but we used condoms one must have busted

I just had a period or what looked like a period the 10th-14th how so fast 😭 I don't get it

Update: thank you everyone so I thought about it all night and I'm not going through with the abortion I am choosing to keep it because I see everyone so overjoyed and I'd feel bad if I took that away from them i don't believe in it anyway so it works out don't get me wrong we wanted one more before I get my tubes tied but I didn't think it would be so soon I guess my God had other plans for us please pray for me I hope my body can handle it
