Having a hard time with this nausea

Anyone else having a tough first trimester? This is my second pregnancy and boy is it kicking my butt. Last time I worked and actually was able to feel better while being at work and keeping my mind off the nausea.

This time around I'm mostly at home with my almost 2 yr old and gagging constantly.

I can't even stand the smell of my kitchen😭

Having such a hard time trying to cook for him and for myself also. Hubby helping a lot.

But I just can't seem to find a way to ease my reaction to these strong smells..I tried cleaning etc, nothing helps
