C section questions!

I’m almost 7 weeks PP from my emergency c section. Overall I am feeling pretty good in my opinion. I am having some issues though…. Anyone have slight uncomfortable pain under their right boob? Feels like a rib is poking me but that isn’t the case…. Not really painful just constantly uncomfortable? Also the past 2 days my legs have been hurting. Feels like muscle pain, mainly in my left leg. Last question- when will I feel completely back to normal and can start working out?
