Sex and no condom on the pill

I had sex without a condom but have been on the pill for a while now , ( I haven’t gotten a real period in a few months now but I’m thinking it’s because starting my new job and I’m on my feet all day for the past 1.5 month/s). But if im only on week 2 of this month will I be safe to quit my birth control pills altogether at the end of the month? I plan on stopping after my placebo week ends.
