So I went to the hospital because i was bleeding an having blood clots and at this time I was 6 weeks now I’m 7 weeks and 2 days. They did a urine,an blood andall the results are negative but Im having sickness,dizzy,headache has anyone had this problem??

Test done by doctors are far more accurate then home test . You can get the same symptoms and not be pregnant, the belly doesn’t start showing until 15 weeks and more. I’m on the bigger side I weigh 210 and didn’t notice my bump until I was 5 months so I’m pretty sure that’s not a bump yet even if you were .... sorry love 😕

How did you confirm you're almost 7 weeks? 
Also, these are very common pms spots and your stomach is irrelevant at this point as most don't get a bump until after 12 weeks.

At 6-7 weeks you don’t have a bump, it’s just bloat at that point as baby is still tucked behind your pelvic bone. Also, blood results are way more accurate than an at home test.

Just commenting on your pic…. To help you with the “showing part” all it is right now is bloating. At 7 weeks even with twins everything is still tucked in behind your pelvic bone. Let’s put it this way, even if you were 7 weeks with twins your entire pregnancy make up would be around the size of a very small plum right now. You’re not showing yet. Trust me though I get it, the bloat is real!!!!

Maybe you should try seeing a oncologist to be safe that it’s not a tumor or anything.
