Anyone here is a mom with ocd ? I feel like I can’t be a good parent . Idk what to do

You can, I felt the same way. I’m a FTM and my baby is 7 weeks. I have pure o, and medication really helped me. I take 100mg of Zoloft, it pretty much saved me. Talking to others is also really helpful. Feel free to reach out if you ever need to talk or just someone to listen! You’re not alone!

I am certainly not but my husband has high anxiety when it comes to health and safety and being that it’s Covid times he’s becoming a little OCD about cleanliness... to the point where we can’t relax inside our home.  We’re currently seeking therapy for him to help with this.
