Organic 100% cotton pads/tampons

Question

Hey! So I switched to 100% cotton pads last year because I kept getting yeast infections &/or irritation from regular pads. I use always brand 100% cotton flex pads. They have been better than regular ones but still a little irritating after days of wearing them. Any product suggestions? Also will tampons be better for irritation?
P.s. too scared to try the cup

I use L tampons and like them a lot. Never tried the pads

The Cora pads and tampons are okay. I get itchy and get rashes from pads, I have the same problem, once I get to about day 3 or 4 it starts bothering me
