Too sanitary with bub??

Question

Hi my bub is now 3 months 
I am super CRAzY about everyone who touched my baby as a newborn to WASH THEIR hands before even touching a foot!! 
Touched the dog? Wash your hands
Out in public? Wash your hands 
Ect ect
Is this too crazy at this stage? I know some germs are good for them I just want to see what other caretakers think
I freak out when we’re going for a walk and a neighbour touches his hand hello

I have two friends that had babies at around the same time. One was a germophobe and constantly wiped everything down with sanitizing wipes. Her kid was always sick.
My other friend would slap a handful of treats on an uncleaned restaurant table for her toddler to eat of off. I thought it was gross. However, that child never got sick.

Honestly some concern is appropriate esp with Covid, but if it’s causing you major anxiety that’s too much.

Generally if someone's just handled something dirty or any animals, go ahead and make them wash their hands, but otherwise, germ exposure to an extent is actually good for their immune system.
