Nexplanon questions

Is it okay if my nexplanon feels just a little bent at one of the ends or bowed just a little bit. Its not bad but on tip does feel just a little more bent then normal, like I can’t tell if I’m making it up or it actually is bent. It’s not broken. But I have had it for a little over a year. Just want to make sure I don’t need to worry. Also, I know it says nexplanon is good for three years, but has anyone’s not lasted three years or is three years always good?
