IUD and Extensive Bleeding

Hey girls! I was recently on a pill that stopped my period for 3 months at a time (forgot what it was called tbh) but decided to opt for an IUD in early May. When my first post insertion period began I had your regular cramping and small changes in nuances that where to be expected. My period ended for 2 days on schedule and then started up again. I have practically been bleeding for 21 days straight as of today, and that feels excessive. From what I can tell this isn’t super uncommon but I was wondering ab the experiences others have had and how it ended up shaking out for y’all. What did you do to deal with it?

***I know I am not pregnant, I most likely won’t be taking it out unless this becomes completely unreasonable.
