i have never finished in my life

i have talked to my friends and boyfriend and even sister, and literally every single person seems to be able to orgasm except for me. i genuinely have no idea why i cannot experience an orgasm, and what i am doing wrong. i have tried so much, and i can’t purchase a vibrator because i am too young. i have tried toothbrushes, pillows, fingers, etc. but nothing works. please please help me understand what i am doing wrong and if there is any possible way for me to finish. when masturbating i get to a point almost like a “climax” where it feels really good then just kinda stops and i get bored cause nothing happens. if you have this problem or have had it please help me understand what i can do to possibly help me!!! i am begging you!!!!!
