Helpp majorily sleep deprived

My Baby is 4 1/2 months old gonna he 5 months next week. And she recently started to wake up every hour and fight bed time extremly bad.

We have kept her bed time routine the same and make sure we do our best to burn all her energy through out the day.

She also won’t sleep unless she’s laying on me and when I transfer she automatically wakes up

Plz list any suggestions or why this is happening
