Is it true

Hi all so I 6 weeks 1 day pregnant (I thought I was 7+4) however over the weekend I had some pink spotting, only when I wipe, which eased off then come back brown, iv had no cramping well nothing intense and regular to concern me. Anyway I went for a private US yday, they measured me at 6 weeks we saw baby and heartbeat which had a rate of 109bpm, is this normal for this point of pregnancy? Why am I still worrying 😭😂pregnancy is so scary I had a CP back in November so really worried. X
