Potty training help (3 day method)

Hey y’all! Has anyone here used the three day method for potty training?

I’m currently on day three with my almost two year old and we haven’t had any luck. She’s crying when she pees in her undies which is a good sign but we haven’t had a single successful time on the potty. :/ I’m due to go back to work tomorrow and I’m stressing about what to do. I don’t want to put her back in diaper but without seeing ANY progress I’m not sure if she’s ready or where to go from here.

Any advice?
