Am I wrong to be irritated

My fiancé and I have been trying for 3 years. This month we didn’t track due to health issues. Today my friend came over who is pregnant. She convinced me to take a test. I took the test but just wanted to keep it between her and I since my fiancé and I have been heartbroken trying. She went out of her way to tell her fiancé that doesn’t even know me or my fiancé that we are trying and having problems getting pregnant and that I took a test but it was negative and pretty much everything about us trying. I was kinda frustrated Bc our journey has been extremely hard that I didn’t feel like it needed to be shared how I wasn’t pregnant another month. Is it just me or am I right to be frustrated that she shared everything out of this private moment out of our life with her fiancé without my permission
