new to the “ttc”

hi everyone! i just recently started ttc, about for a month.

i am currently on cycle day 40, my period is 10 days late.

i’m confused on a few things, and i’d just like the right advice before consulting with a doctor first..

days past ovulation, what if i dont know when i ovulated or if i did not have sex on ovulation dates? i have taken 4 pregnancy tests within this past week and all negative.

i just would like tips and advice, i have been researching myself but i’d like real advice from others who have gone through what it’s like when first trying..

my period has been pretty on the regular side, i just would like some thoughts on what i should be looking into when ttc ◡̈
