Cramping started 9days PO and 6 days before AF due
Anybody experienced this? Usually I only get cramps and a bloated feeling the day of AF starting, never experienced them so early. Hoping it’s a good sign. Trying not to symptom spot but it’s pretty uncomfortable and thus kinda hard to ignore.
