19 month old waking at 4am!
Looking for advice please!
All of a sudden my 19 month old wakes at 4am! She usually sleeps all night 7/7:30-8am.
When she wakes at 4am shes sitting in her cot screaming like crazy, so I bring her into my bed (bad habit I know) & she’ll go back to sleep but not until 5/6am! & then is up for the day at 7am.
Have you experienced this? What did you do? Why is this happening all of a sudden!?
